PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES
On 14 August 2020, the Company purchased in the 5,000 Ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 420.00 pence per share. Following this transaction, the Company's issued share capital comprises 16,382,723 Ordinary shares.
