The Company was advised that a number of key shareholders were unableto exercise their voting rights at today's meeting, therefore in accordance withArticle 71 of the Articles of Association, the Company has elected to adjournthe meeting. The adjourned Extraordinary General Meeting will now be held at the HiltonLondon Green Park, Half Moon Street, Mayfair, London W1J 7EN on 6th May 2008 at10.30 am. Following the adjournment, and in connection with the share subscriptionagreement ("the Agreement") with Tongjiang International Energy Co.
