Result of Adjourned AGM
Amino Technologies plc (LSE AIM: AMO), the global provider of media and entertainment technology solutions, announces that at the Adjourned Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed, with the exception of resolution three which was withdrawn.
