Grant of Options
Amino Technologies plc ("Amino" or the "Company"; stock code: AMO), the Cambridge-based leader in digital entertainment solutions for in-home multimedia distribution, announces that on 26 September 2012, pursuant to the Company's long term incentive plan, it awarded options to acquire ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Options") to the following Directors on the terms detailed below:

The Options awarded are subject to certain performance criteria based upon the share price performance and the earnings generated by the Company. The Options vest when the performance criteria have been met and expire on the fifth anniversary of the date of the grant.
Following this grant, Amino now has a total of 4,788,807 outstanding Options.
