Amino Technologies plc (LSE: AMO), the global provider of digital TV video solutions to network operators, announces that on 01 May 2018 Donald McGarva, Chief Executive Officer of the Company and his wife Akiko McGarva purchased 1,473 and 210 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") respectively at a price of 211 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase"). Following the Purchase, Donald McGarva and his PCA's are beneficially interested in 469,316 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
