Amino Technologies plc ("Amino"; LSE AIM: AMO), the Cambridge-based leader in digital entertainment solutions for in-home multimedia distribution, announces that today, Donald McGarva, Chief Executive Officer, has purchased 10,701 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 138 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr McGarva now holds 317,713 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of Amino.
