Additional Listing on Exercise of Share Options
African Minerals Limited (AIM:AMI), the mineral exploration company with interests in Sierra Leone, West Africa, announces the exercise of certain share options.
The Company announces that 750,000 new common shares of US$0.01 each ("New Common Shares") have been issued and allotted pursuant to the exercise of share options at an exercise price of 75 pence per common share.
Subsequent to the issuance of these New Common Shares, African Minerals will have 160,000,741 common shares in issue.
Application has been made for the New Common Shares to be admitted to trading and these will rank pari passu with the Company's existing common shares. Dealings on AIM are expected to commence on or about 27 May 2008.
