Amigo Holdings PLC ("Amigo" or the "Company")
Director and PDMR dealing
Amigo Holdings PLC (LSE: AMGO), the leading provider of guarantor loans in the UK, announces that the Company was notified on 30 August 2019 by Hamish Paton the Company's CEO, of share purchases amounting to an aggregate of 50,000 Amigo Holdings PLC ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average cost of £0.7963 per Ordinary Share.
The Company was also notified on 30 August 2019 by Nicholas Beal, the Chief Regulatory and Public Affairs Officer and PDMR, of the purchase of 13,254 Ordinary Shares at an average cost of £0.7498 per Ordinary Share.
The Company was also notified on 30 August 2019 by Naynesh Patel, the Chief Analytics Officer and PDMR, of the sale of 8,204 Ordinary Shares at an average cost of £1.2289829 per Ordinary Share and the purchase by a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") to that same individual of 15,840 Ordinary Shares at an average cost of £0.7550 per Ordinary Share.
The below information and notification is made in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
