Board updates

Following on from the announcement made on 29 September 2020, Amigo Holdings PLC (LSE: AMGO), a leading provider of guarantor loans in the UK, confirms that it has received confirmation from the FCA that it has approved Gary Jennison to act as CEO under the Senior Managers Regime.

The Company further confirms that, following on from the announcement made on 12 October 2020, Richard Price has today resigned as a director of the Company. Richard will step down as Chair of the Audit Committee and as a non-executive director of the Company on 16 December 2020.

He had always made a very valuable contribution to all Board and Committee debates and he will be greatly missed. I wish Richard well for the future. We continue with our search for a replacement Chair of Audit Committee and will announce any appointment in due course."

Following the resignation, the total number of Directors on Amigo's Board will consist of three independent Non-Executive Directors and two Executive Directors.

Amigo Holdings PLC is the indirect parent company of the Issuer. This announcement shall constitute a "Report" to holders of the Notes.
