Intention to issue and allot securities
The Company announces that on 2 October 2017 2,706,786 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") will be issued and allotted to Computershare Trustees (Jersey) Limited for nominal value, for the purpose of satisfying outstanding awards and options granted under the Amec Foster Wheeler plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2015 as and when they fall due.
Applications will be made for admission of the New Ordinary Shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange (together "Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8.00am on 2 October 2017.
