Amerisur Resources PLC20 September 2007 20 September 2007 Amerisur Resources plc Additional Listing Exercise of Options Amerisur Resources plc, the oil and gas explorer and developer focused in SouthAmerica, announces that on 18 September 2007, David Parsons, the former companysecretary who is no longer involved in the business, exercised an option toacquire 300,000 ordinary shares at 2.2 pence. Application has been made for theshares to be admitted to AIM, with trading expected to commence on 25 September2007 ('Admission'). Upon Admission, the shares will rank pari passu in allrespects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
