Amerisur Resources Plc ("Amerisur" or the "Company"), the oil and gas producer and explorer focused on South America, was informed on 20 April that on the same day, an RBC trust, an entity in which Mr Stephen Foss, Senior Independent Director of the Company has an interest, completed the purchase of 300,000 shares at an average price of 30.25p per share.
Following the purchase of shares, entities in which Stephen Foss has an interest in the Company held a total of 600,000 shares or 0.06% of the issued share capital of Amerisur respectively.
