Ambrian Capital PLC05 December 2007 5th December 2007 AIM: AMBR Ambrian Capital PLC ("Ambrian" or "the Company") Notification of Major Shareholding Ambrian Capital plc received notification on the 30th November 2007 from ApplebyTrust (Jersey) Limited as Trustee of the Ambrian Capital Employee Benefit Trustinforming the Company that following a transaction on the 29th November 2007,its direct interest in the ordinary 10p shares in the Company has risen above8%. It now has a direct interest in 9,658,333 ordinary shares in the Companyrepresenting 8.6% of the total voting rights attached to the issued sharecapital of the Company.
