Ambrian Capital PLC22 May 2007 Ambrian Capital plc Ambrian Partners Expands Its Secondary Market Activities Ambrian Capital plc announces that its corporate finance and stockbrokingsubsidiary, Ambrian Partners Limited ("Ambrian Partners", or "the Company"),plans to become a registered Market Maker in the shares of selected companieslisted on AIM. The Company has appointed two senior figures to expand its secondary marketactivities, both of whom have a high level of experience. David Mackay has been appointed to head up the Market Making Team, where he willbe working alongside Darren Knight. David has a highly successful track recordin the City and an extensive network of contacts. He joins the Company fromEvolution Securities where he has been a market maker for over 20 years. Hestarted his career at NatWest Markets and was a founding member of the MarketMaking Team at Beeson Gregory which merged with Evolution Securities in 2002. Chris Stallard has also been appointed as Head of Sales Trading and brings toAmbrian Partners over 20 years' experience and an extensive knowledge of theCity. He joins the Company from Collins Stewart where he was responsible forSmall Company Sales Trading. Prior to that, Chris was employed by PanmureGordon & Co., where he was a senior member of the Sales Trading Team.
