Publication of a Supplementary Prospectus

The Company has today published a supplementary prospectus approved by the Financial Conduct Authority. The publication of the supplementary prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Rules following the publication of the Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 January 2020.

The supplementary prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the prospectus published by the Company on 31 October 2019 in relation to an Offer for Subscription of New Shares to raise up to £25,000,000 (with and over-allotment facility to raise up to a further £20,000,000) and issue up to a further £5,000,000 of New Shares under the Dividend Re-Investment Scheme.
