Result of General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that at a general meeting of the Company held earlier today, the resolutions to renew the board's authorities to issue further shares on a non pre-emptive basis pursuant to the Company's offer for subscription, as detailed in the circular to shareholders dated 7 February 2022, were approved by shareholders.

Details of the number of proxy votes cast for, against and withheld in respect of the resolutions, which were voted on by way of a show of hands, are set out below and will also be published on the Company's website: https://www.amatiglobal.com/fund/amati-aim-vct/literature.

A copy of the resolutions passed at the general meeting has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism which is located at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
