Allotment of shares
The Company announces that on 22 November 2019 it allotted 344,994 ordinary shares of 5p each (the 'Shares') at a price of 148.23p to certain ordinary shareholders under the Company's dividend re-investment scheme.
Application for the admission of the Shares to the Official List will be made and it is expected that admission will be on or around 28 November 2019. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
The terms and conditions of the dividend re-investment scheme of the Company are available from the Company's website http://amatiglobal.com/amat_literature.php.
The Company also announces that following this allotment the total shares in issue are now 88,904,879.
