Grant of Options to Directors
Cluff Gold plc announces that on 5th June 2008 it made the following grants of options over the Company's ordinary shares to its Directors:

The options may be exercised at any time between the third and tenth anniversary of the day of grant and are exercisable at a price of 83p per share.
