Cluff Gold PLC06 March 2008 Cluff Gold plc ("Cluff" or the "Company") Notification of Interests In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules Cluff has today received the following notifications ofcurrent interests in the voting rights in the Company's share capital: On 3 March 2008, pursuant to the Placing which was announced to the market on 29February 2008 (the "Placing"), BMO Capital Markets Limited acquired 6,391,000Ordinary Shares representing 7.6% of the Ordinary Shares in issue (including theshares issued as part of the Placing) and 7.6% of the total voting rights in theCompany. On the same day, BMO Capital Markets Limited disposed on 6,391,000Ordinary Shares to its private clients. BMO Capital Markets Limited no longerholds any interest in Ordinary Shares in the Company. Golden Cat Capital LLC disclosed that on 29 February 2008 it acquired 3,000,000ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Golden CatCapital LLC now holds 6,175,000 Ordinary Shares representing 7.3% of theOrdinary Shares in issue (including the shares issued as part of the Placing)and 7.3% of the total voting rights in the Company.
