Cluff Gold PLC26 October 2007 26 October 2007 AIM: CLF Cluff Gold plc ("Cluff Gold" or "the Company") Exercise of Options The Company announces that it has received notice of exercise in respect ofoptions over 200,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') held byStancroft Trust Limited, a company controlled by Nicholas Berry (a director ofthe company). Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 1st November2007. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing OrdinaryShares in issue and increase the number of shares in issue to 68,927,531. Following the exercise of these options, Nicholas Berry's total holding in theCompany is 985,613 Ordinary Shares (of which 200,000 are held by Stancroft TrustLimited, 392,665 are held by Mickleway Limited (a company which is jointly ownedby Stancroft Trust Limited and Nicholas Berry) and the remainder is directlyheld by Nicholas Berry. Nicholas Berry's total holding represents 1.43% of the increased issued sharecapital in the Company and 1.43% of the total voting rights of the Company.
