In accordance with Rule 2.10 of The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Amara confirms that, as of close of business on 21 March 2016, it had in issue 420,738,187 ordinary shares of 1p each. There are no Amara Shares held in treasury.

Amara is a public limited company registered in England and Wales. The Amara Shares are admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange (code: AMA). The ISIN Number for the Amara Shares is GB00B04M1L91.

The above figure of 420,738,187 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Amara under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
