DIRECTORS' DEALINGS

Amara Mining plc, the dual AIM and TSX-listed West African focused gold mining company, announces that Peter Hain, Non-Executive Director, has acquired ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Mr Hain acquired 53,362 Ordinary Shares at £0.1109 per share on 03 July 2013. Following this transaction, Mr Hain and persons connected to him are interested in 53,362 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.03 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, all of which are held beneficially.
