Change to Company Secretary
The Company announces the resignation of Ms Alison Fraser as Joint Company Secretary with immediate effect. Ms Fraser also serves as the Group Financial Controller and will relinquish this role with immediate effect. Ms Fraser is leaving to pursue other interests. The Company would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms Fraser for her contributions to the Company.
Mr Sai Hup Fong, who was appointed Joint Company Secretary on 5 August 2013, will serve as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 25 April 2015.
