Changes to the Appointment of Company Secretary
The Company announces the resignation of Mr David Cook and Ms Angela Ong Chwee Peng as Joint Company Secretaries with effect from 3 June 2008. Mr David Cook remains as Finance Director of the Company.
Ms Rebecca Navarednam has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 3 June 2008. She is also the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
