Sale, Purchase and Transfer of Shares
The Company announces that it received notification on 4 February 2019 that Andrew Magson, Group Finance Director, sold 17,393 ordinary shares at a price of 115p per share and then purchased 17,268 at a price of 115.17p per share into his ISA. Mr Magson also completed a transfer of 25,000 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company to his spouse Julie Magson for nil consideration. In addition, Julie Magson sold 27,827 ordinary shares at a price of 115p per share and then purchased 27,652 at a price of 115.1p per share into her SIPP.
As a result of these transactions, Mr Magson's interest in the Company, and that of his person closely associated, has changed in order to pay fees associated with these transactions. The total holdings stand at 133,626 shares, representing 0.37% of the Company's issued share capital.
The below notification, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail of the transactions.
