Director/ PDMR Shareholding
Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for personalised products, announces that the Company was informed on 23 March 2020 that on the same day Keith Edelman, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 85,928 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in aggregate in three tranches at a volume weighted average price of 17.456 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Share Purchase").
Following the Share Purchase, Mr. Edelman is beneficially interested in 312,987 Ordinary Shares representing 0.45 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
