Notice of AGM
The Company announces that it has, today, posted a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice") to the shareholders of the Company convening an Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") to be held on 30 August 2013 at 2.30 p.m. at the Red Azalea Room, Mezzanine Level, Shangri-La Hotel, 22 Orange Grove Road, Singapore 258350.
