General Meeting - ISS recommendation
Allied Minds plc (LSE: ALM), the IP commercialisation company focused on early-stage company development within the technology sector, welcomes the news that independent proxy advisor Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. ("ISS") has recommended that shareholders oppose Crystal Amber's proposal to remove Chairman Harry Rein.
Harry Rein, the Chairman of Allied Minds, commented:
"I would like to thank ISS, a leading independent proxy adviser, for the comprehensive nature of their work and the rigour with which they arrived at their recommendation to oppose the resolution put forward by Crystal Amber.
"As set out in our statement earlier this month, the Board has launched a strategic review and looks forward to updating shareholders on progress."
