Shareholder Information Update

Alpha Growth Plc (LSE: ALGW and OTCQB: ALPGF), a leading financial services specialist in the growing longevity asset class, it is very pleased to provide the following shareholder information update.

Publication of Annual Report

In line with other listed companies, Alpha Growth will publish its annual report before the end of the FCA extended period of the end of June, as opposed to April as previously announced. The FCA provided this UK wide extension to ensure companies and their advisors could deliver quality audited financials despite any absences which they may have suffered due to the impact of covid.

This allows the Company and its corporate and subsidiary auditors, PKF and KPMG respectively, to provide the IFRS framework accounts in a timely manner.

All accounting and audit work is progressing as expected and we look forward to publishing our annual report before the extended deadline.

The Company will announce the date for the annual general meeting at or shortly after publishing its annual report and expects to hold an in-person meeting.

Shareholder communications

In support of our previous commitment to bolster communications with existing shareholders, as well as attract an additional new cohort of shareholders to the Company, we are currently creating a range of videos and presentations which will provide more insight into Alpha's offerings as well as our future growth strategy.
