Alpha Growth Plc (LSE: ALGW and OTCQB: ALPGF), a leading financial services specialist in the growing longevity asset class and insurance linked asset management, announces that all resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting, held 16 June 2023, were duly passed.
At the meeting, all Directors were present to conduct the meeting and took questions from the attending shareholders. The Directors wish to thank the supportive shareholders who attended the in-person meeting for their attendance and continued support.
