New Customer Win

Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), a leading developer of mission critical software for the asset finance industry, is pleased to announce a new contract win with a global equipment manufacturer and finance group.

This will be a multi-year, transnational implementation of Alfa Systems. Starting in the United Kingdom, Spain and Germany, it will then extend to other major geographic markets. The first phase of this exciting contract win ranks in the middle tier by contract value relative to other major Alfa implementations. It will strengthen Alfa's market presence within the equipment finance vertical and underpin Alfa's leadership in supporting OEMs across all sectors.
