Exercise of options under the Sharesave Plan
Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC (the "Company") announces that on 2 January 2025, Duncan Magrath and Matthew White exercised their share options under the Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC Sharesave Plan (Sharesave). The options were granted on 30 November 2021 at an option price of 153.6p.
Duncan Magrath and Matthew White have informed the Company that they will transfer 11,718 shares to their spouse for nil consideration.
The information contained in this notification is disclosed in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
