Annual Report and AGM Documents
Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC (the "Company") announces that it has today published its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2018, together with the 2019 Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") and Form of Proxy for the 2019 AGM.
The Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2018 and the 2019 Notice of AGM are available to view on the Company's website: www.alfasystems.com.
In accordance with LR9.6.1, copies of the above documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/UK/NSM.
The 2019 AGM will be held at 15:00 (GMT) on Friday 26 April 2019 at the offices of White & Case LLP, 5 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1DW.
