PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL RESULTS

The Board of Alternative Liquidity Fund Limited (the "Company") confirms that the Annual Report & Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2024 (the "Annual Results") are available by attachment, on the Company's website: https://alternativeliquidityfund.com/ and on the National Storage Mechanism: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Board would like to draw your attention to an increase in the provision for wind-down costs reported in the Financial Statements. This arises from a potential increase in the length of the estimated wind-down period, and has resulted in a reduction in the reported 30 June 2024 NAV per share from 7.28¢ per share as announced on 25 September 2024 to 6.75¢ per share as reported in these Financial Statements. A reconciliation of the NAV per share movement is contained in note 9 to the Financial Statements.
