In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 10p of the Company in issue at 31 March 2017 was 15,074,597, with each share holding one voting right.
The Company also holds 746,975 shares in Treasury.
