Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
The Company announces that it has been notified of the below transactions on 3 December 2020 (Transactions).
(1) Those persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company who are named in column (1) of the below table sold the number of ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) set alongside their respective names in column (2) of the below table on 3 December 2020 at a price of 434.7265 pence per share.
