CSRC Approval to Additional A Share Offering
(Overseas Regulatory Announcement)
This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 13.09(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
On 2 June 2008, the 77th meeting of 2008 of the Issuance Review Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (the "CSRC") reviewed the application by Air China Limited (the "Company") in respect of its additional public offering of A shares and conditionally passed the application. The Company will make separate announcement when it receives from the CSRC the official document regarding the approval.
