Issue of Equity, Application for Listing and Total Voting Rights

Air Partner plc, the global aviation services group, announces that an application has now been made for 571,952 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange with admission expected to occur on 1 July 2019. The shares will be issued to members of the senior management team on 1 July 2019 in relation to the vesting of their 2016 LTIP award.  

Following the admission of new Ordinary Shares, expected on 1 July 2019, the issued share capital of Air Partner plc will comprise of 52,862,895 Ordinary Shares, all of which have been admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Air Partner plc is 52,862,895, which should be used by shareholders and other parties subject to disclosure obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Air Partner plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
