Exercise of Options

Air Partner plc has been notified that on 28 October 2013, Mr Mark Briffa, Chief Executive of the Company, exercised an option granted under the Air Partner plc Approved Share Option Plan 2003.

On 25 October 2013, 50,000 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were purchased at an exercise price of 338.0p from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust. On the same day Mr Briffa sold 41,539 Ordinary Shares at a trade price of 500.0 p per share to contribute towards the tax and exercise costs of the options, retaining 8,461 Ordinary Shares.

Following the above transactions, Mr Briffa now has interest in 33,061 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.32 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company), share options over 165,000 Ordinary Shares and LTIPs over 55,840 Ordinary Shares.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 10,261,693.
