Air Partner PLC04 April 2008 Air Partner PLC ("the Company") Notification of Transactions of Director and Connected Persons Air Partner was today notified that on 3 April 2008 Tony Mack, non-executivedirector, entered into a contract to transfer 700,000 shares in Air Partner Plc,at the prevailing price at completion, to a trust controlled by him and of whichhe is the beneficiary. He will continue to retain his beneficial interest inthe shares once they are transferred. The transfer was made in order to reduce Mr Mack's liability to Capital GainsTax.
