Air Partner PLC11 February 2008 Air Partner PLC ("Air Partner" or "the Group" or "the Company") Appointment of Aubrey Adams as Non-Executive Chairman Air Partner is a leading provider of private aviation services to industry,commerce, governments and private individuals worldwide. Air Partner is today pleased to announce that Aubrey Adams will join the boardas non-executive chairman with effect from 1st April 2008. Mr Adams joins from Savills PLC ("Savills"), the leading global real estateservice provider, listed on the London Stock Exchange. Mr Adams joined Savillsas managing director in 1990 and was appointed chief executive in 2000. UnderAubrey's leadership Savills enjoyed significant growth, leading to entry intothe FTSE 250 index of companies. Mr Adams also holds non-executivedirectorships with Pinnacle Regeneration Group plc and Unitech Corporate Parksplc. Until April 2006, he was a non-executive director of Associated BritishPorts Holdings plc and is currently a Trustee of The Wigmore Hall. Tony Mack, chairman of Air Partner, announced in November 2007 that he intendedto step down as chairman, but as a significant shareholder, would remain as anon-executive board director. Mr Mack, who will step down as chairman on 31stMarch 2008, joined Air Partner in 1970. During this time the Group has grownfrom one office with six employees and a turnover of less than £1 million, intoa leading private aviation business with over 250 aviation professionals, across23 offices, generating turnover in excess of £185 million per annum. Mr Mack, asignificant shareholder in the Group will remain on the Group's board as anon-executive director.
