Air Partner PLC18 January 2006 Air Partner PLC ("Air Partner" or "the Group") Appointment of Mark Briffa as Chief Operating Officer and member of the Group's Main Board Air Partner is the world's leading air charter broker, providing aircraftcharter to industry, commerce and Governments worldwide. Mark Briffa has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Air Partner PLC,with effect from 1st February 2006. Mark's appointment will also see him jointhe Group's main board. Mr Briffa, has worked for Air Partner for 10 years and is currently ManagingDirector of the Group's UK operations. His appointment increases the number ofexecutive main board directors to three, and supports the continued growth androll out of Air Partner's stated strategy. As Chief Operating Officer, Mr Briffa will assume overall responsibility for theGroup's trading activities, whilst maintaining his role as Managing Director ofthe UK operations. In addition, he will play a significant business developmentrole, reporting to the Chief Executive. (Mark was born in 1964 and is married with a daughter. He joined Air Partner in1996 and has worked in the wider air charter for industry for 15 years.) Commenting on his appointment, David Savile, Chief Executive, said: "Mark's appointment further strengthens the Group's management team as we seekto pursue our stated strategy, rolling out an ever-widening spread of offices, agrowing range of products and services, and seeking to further develop thebusiness in key markets across the world."
