Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2018
Air Partner plc (the Company), the global aviation services group, has today released its Full Year Results for the year ended 31 January 2018. The Company confirms that it has also today made available to shareholders the following documents:
· Annual Report 2018
· Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting
· Form of Proxy for Annual General Meeting
In compliance with DTR 6.3.5 (3), the Annual Report 2018 and Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting will be available shortly to download from the Company's website at: http://www.airpartner.com/en/investors
In compliance with LR 9.6.1R and LR 9.6.3R, copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
The 2018 Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 11 July 2018 at 11am at 2 City Place, Beehive Ring Road, Gatwick, West Sussex, RH6 0PA.
