Posting of Circular to Security Holders
The Issuer announces that a circular to Security Holders of the following classes of Commodity Securities has been posted on 1 June 2020 and a meeting of the Security Holders of these classes has been convened for 25 June 2020:

If holders of the Affected Securities wish to listen to the Meeting, arrangements will be made for them to listen virtually via such teleconference facility as shall be specified by the chairperson ahead of the Meeting. Holders of the Affected Securities who wish to listen to the Meeting in this way are directed to contact the Company's Registrar by email at #JERegistryRMs@computershare.co.je by no later than 6 p.m. on 23 June 2020 in respect of the, and will require proof of identity and holding. Holders of the Affected Securities who request that their votes are included by proxy will be unaffected and will not be requested to take any further action.
