Further to the announcements made by ETFS Commodity Securities Limited (the "Issuer") on 15 December 2017, 10 January 2018 and 26 January 2018 in relation to meetings of the holders of the Affected Securities, notice is hereby given that by a Supplemental Trust Instrument between the Issuer and The Law Debenture Trust Corporation p.l.c. (as trustee on behalf of the holders of Commodity Securities) dated 26 January 2018 (the "Supplemental Trust Instrument") certain changes to the conditions of the Affected Securities have been made.
The changes, which were approved by an extraordinary resolution of the holders of each class of Affected Securities of the Issuer at the adjourned meetings of holders of the Affected Securities which took place on 26 January, is the reduction in the principal amount of the following Affected Securities, as detailed in the Supplemental Trust Instrument and as described below:
