Appointment of Executive Director
The board of directors of Asian Growth Properties Limited (the "Company") (AIM Stock Code: AGP), the Hong Kong based China property development and investment company, is pleased to announce that Mr. Lambert Lu ("Mr. Lu") has been appointed an Executive Director of the Company with effect from 11th September, 2008.
Mr. Lu, aged 32, joined the S E A Holdings Limited ("SEA") group in 1999 and was appointed an Executive Director of SEA in 2003. He is in charge of financial activities as well as corporate finance and investment matters of the SEA Group. He is a member of the Executive Committee of SEA and also holds a number of directorships in SEA's Hong Kong and overseas subsidiaries. SEA holds through its subsidiaries about 97.17% of the issued shares of the Company and the shares and warrants of SEA are listed and traded on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Mr. Lu gained his Bachelor's degree in Statistics and Economics from the University of British Columbia in Canada.
Mr. Lu does not have any shareholding interest in the Company and is presently a director of the following companies in addition to SEA:-
