AGA Foodservice Group PLC21 July 2005 21st July 2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE AGA FOODSERVICE GROUP PLC BOARD CHANGES Non-executive director, John Lovering, has informed the Board of his intentionto resign from the Board with immediate effect due to other businesscommitments. A search for a replacement is underway and a further announcementwill be made in due course. Paul Dermody, the former Chief Executive of De VereHotels, replaces John as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Peter Tom, ChiefExecutive of Aggregate Industries, becomes Senior Non-Executive Director.
