Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that Mr Arie Schor, a statutory external director of the Company, has resigned from the Board of Directors with effect from 1 July 2021. This follows Mr Schor completing his three-year term as an external director in April 2021. Ms Ronit Fein has assumed the role of chair of the Audit Committee.

Yariv Avisar, Chairman of Amiad, said: "We would like to thank Arie for his service over the last three years. He has supported the Board and helped navigate the Company in a time of much global uncertainty during the COVID-19 period. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours."
