("Amiad" or "the Company") Directorate Change Amiad, a producer and global supplier of automated water filters and filtrationsystems for the industrial & municipal and the irrigation markets, announcesthat Yosef Katz, Chief Executive Officer, is to step down from this position. Mr Katz, who has been managing the Company since 1998, is stepping down forpersonal reasons and will stay on as Chief Executive Officer until a replacementis appointed and a smooth handover can take place. Yosef has agreed to remain onthe Board as a non-executive director of the Company, subject to adapting thecomposition of the Board to comply with the relevant provisions of the CombinedCode and of the Israeli Companies Law. Avi Heifetz, Chairman, said: "We would like to thank Yosef for his tremendouscontribution to the Company over the last 9 years. He has been an inspiration toeveryone at the Company and we wish him well for the future. He leaves theCompany strong and stable and, as we stated at the time of our full year resultsin March, business is progressing well. We are commencing the search for a newChief Executive Officer who, together with the rest of the current managementteam, will be able to take the Company to the next level."
