Change in Significant Shareholding
Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that it has been notified that, on 9 June 2021, FIMI Opportunity Funds ("FIMI"), a controlling shareholder of the Company, purchased 1,019,223 ordinary shares of NIS 0.5 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from Arkal Quality Industries Agricultural Co-operative Society Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kibbutz Beit Zera Cooperative Agricultural Society Ltd. ("Beit Zera").
Following the transaction, FIMI has a total interest in 13,026,517 Ordinary Shares, representing 42.8% of the issued share capital of the Company, and Beit Zera has no interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company. Mr Ishay Davidi, a Non-executive Director of Amiad, is the beneficial owner of FIMI.
